I know there is an incentive program for teachers looking to buy a home in Georgia but I do not remember the name of it. Please help!

Bank of America (i don't work for them) has it. You can buy a house at a low interest rate with very little money down. Contact any branch that has a loan officer.

definite there are, yet those are interior of reach incentives provided via cities. some cities will subsidize a number of your housing expenses in case you coach AND stay of their city. those incentives variety appreciably from city to city, so which you're able to ask the city in which you coach for information.
