Should Lady Gaga be compared to Madonna?
I mean, I feel like when I'm listening to her song, Judas, it somewhat reminds me of Madonna....

No, I don't believe she should be compared to Madonna because no one should be compared to anyone. Lady Gaga is very influenced by Madonna though, she said it herself. That is why she sounds similar to Madonna in songs like Judas and I even here it in Born this Way. Gaga also has taken that edgy style Madonna had, and she made it more bizzare.
Hope this helped somewhat.

Well, since im only 13, i guess i really dont know what Madonna did....But im a die hard little monster, and i dont compare her to the stuff that i do know about Madonna. I personally dont think Born This Way sounds like Express yourself, and if Judas sounds anything like Madonna did, it will prabaly be all over the news........But its ok....Madonnas out...GaGa's in!

woman GaGa is Madonna on crack, purple bull, and pot. She's gonna finally end up donning something like 2 crackers and a sticky notice!!! Then there is Kesha who's attempting to be like woman GaGa!! in case you prefer evidence bypass to you google and look at her overall performance on American Idol!

I don't think so. Madonna is an artist, she's known for controversy but she always had something meaningful to say.
Lady Gaga causes controversy just to sell records, but she has nothing interesting to say.

Yes, if people compare the two, it's because they are similar in some ways. They are both controversial and eccentric. They like to get into topics of religion, politics, equal rights, etc. And they have a similar style of dressing (the bathing suit, leotards).

If you're talking about music, I couldn't tell you because I don't listen to either of them.
If you're talking image, you should probably look a little deeper and see what Peter Gabriel was doing in the 70's with Genesis. That's where she's really borrowing from.

If you are going to let your music be heavily inspired by a particular artist, than comparisons to that artist are fair.
