nonstick cookie sheet substitute?
I don't have a nonstick cookie sheet, but I do have parchent paper, aluminum foil and wax paper..what would work best to simulate a non-stick surface?

I use a pizza pan or a steel cookie sheet covered with a piece of foil, then I will oil, butter or spray pam onto the foil. It works really good. The only thing I wouldn't use is the waxed paper, if you are putting it into the oven. Good luck.

Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Sift jointly the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a medium bowl, cream jointly the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar till properly mixed. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk till mild and creamy. combination in the sifted ingredients till in simple terms mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips via hand employing a wood spoon. Drop cookie dough a million/4 cup at a time onto the arranged cookie sheets. Cookies must be approximately 3 inches aside. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or till the perimeters are gently toasted. Cool on baking sheets for a couple of minutes till now moving to cord racks to chill out thoroughly.

Parchment paper. Do not use the tin foil. I Once baked with it as a substitute and my things came out discolored and had a odd taste.
