Can a mac mini output analog video?

I have a kiosk in my office that uses an older 7" flat TV for display. The only input it has is the old white/red/yellow analog input. Recently, the PC that came with the system died, and I thought I would use an old Mac Mini (1.42 powerpc) I have to do the display, but it has a DVI-I video output. Can the output be adapted to supply the yellow video output? I don't need the red or white since the kiosk doesn't have speakers.

The Red & White connectors would be the easy ones - just hook them to the sound jack on the Mac Mini.

Turns out Apple makes a DVI to composite (yellow RCA jack) adapter: http://store.apple.com/us/product/M9267G/A
