Baseball rule: bases loaded, 3-2 count and 2 out...everyone is moving on the pitch...?

batter hits a line drive that hits the pitcher's rubber and then bounces almost straight back or across to the 'on deck" batter's box area ......2 runs score before the catcher can get the ball back to the pitcher covering home and tags out the 3rd runner trying to score.....what is the ruling? How many runs count?

"A batted ball not touched by a fielder, which hits the pitcher's rubber and rebounds into foul territory, between home and first, or between home and third base is a foul ball."

Foul ball. Ball is dead and everyone goes back to their time-of-pitch base.

Foul, no runs count. Count remains 3-2

Foul ball! All runners go back to their previous bases...ball never goes past the 3rd base or 1st base side on fair territory!

Yea, as everone elce said, the rule is if it hits the mound and goes out of bounds it is foul.

Don't go to Richard's blog -- he is completely wrong. It's a foul ball.
