Do you have to bid on an item from an eBay store?

I want to buy an item from The Kissing Tree Vintage, which sells through an eBay store. The dress is priced at about twenty dollars, and there's a Buy It Now button, but there's also a Time Left thing that says about three days. Does that mean it's something that you have to bid on, or do I just buy it? Thanks!

    That is just the time remaining on the listing. You can buy it now. No need for bidding.

    If it says buy it now you can "buy it now" or bid on it to potentially get a lower price.
