Have you tried EFT? If not you should!! check out youtube videos =)?

it looks odd when you first see it, but if you look at all the comments that people make on many of the videos, you will see that it has worked for so many of them and can work for you too! Healing yourself for all sorts of things, from headaches to ptsd!! It is Amazing!!!

Update:

Most people that have tried it Know that it works, so sorry but idiots that say it doesn't are just ignorant and surely have not tried it themselves. there is proof all over.

I am glad some people know about it, thanks for posting you guys!! =D

Yes. It's a free, incredible way to deal with all kinds of emotional/psychological issues that conventional "counselling" fails at on a consistent basis. People can ditch anxiety, depression, PTSD (it's had unbelievable results with Gulf War Vets, 911 disaster victims), OCD... you name it. Researchers at McGill University just recently came to the same type of conclusions long after Gary Craig (the founder of EFT) developed his methods.

When people can't put past events in the past and leave them there they relive the issues as if they're happening in the present moment -- it becomes a sort of feedback loop that won't stop. EFT allows them to put events in their place and distance themselves from them in a healthy way.

It sure beats years of high priced "psychiatric" treatment and toxic drugs that mostly don't do a thing for people except drain their wallet.

Apart from talking to someone (i.e. counselling) all the 'tapping' is utter nonsense. Obviously people mistake that part of the treatment as being valid, and fail to understand that simply talking about a problem can help.

EFT is the latest bout of alt med nonsense to leach money from the vulnerable and gullible.

No, I have not tried "EFT" as a healing agent (unless you are referring to "Electronic Funds Transfer").
