(5/4) * x = [(1/12) * x ] * [ (1/2) * x ]
Multiply using the distributive property. On the right side: (1 / 2) * (1 / 12) = (1 / 24)
and x * x = x^(2) because x^(1) * x^(1) = x^(1 + 1) = x^(2).
(5/4) *x = (1/24) * x^(2)
Subtract (5/4) * x to both sides of the equation.
(1/24) * x^(2) - (5/4) * x = 0
Factor by taking out an x.
x [ (1/24)x - (5/4) ] = 0
Set each factor equal to zero and solve for x.
x = 0
(1/24)x - (5/4) = 0
Add (5/4) to both sides of the equation.
(1/24)x = (5/4)
Divide both sides of the equation by (1/24).
x = 30
---------------------------> ANSWER--------------------------------------------> x = 0 and x = 30

4x=x*x*5x/(12*2*4)
4x=5x^3/96
384x=5x^3
x*(5x^2-384)=0
x=0 or x=8.763 or x=-8,763
