I am curious on workouts?

I am an intermediate trainer and have seen many different types of workouts. But my question is, are you supposed to have 3 different workouts each week constantly or have one workout that you do every time constantly? thanks for the help in advance.

For muscle and strength gains, I think a standard split routine works best such as Chest and Shoulders Monday, Back, bi's/tri's on Wednesdays, and legs Fridays. Some people stick to strictly compound exercises. The key is to mix it up once your body plateaus.

yeah I workout around 4-5 times a week and I switch it up. If you do the same workout everyday your body with soon get use to it and you will stop seeing results.
