What should I wear to this job interview?

I have a job interview today for an evening shift packing job in a factory, and am wanting to know what I should wear to the interview. Do I wear a matching ladies business suit / shirt / nice shoes, as though I was going to an office job interview (as all my jobs have been in the past), or dress in the clothing I would most likely be wearing in the factory once / if I get the job? (maybe a bit smarter casual.)?

After your ideas and opinions please,

Thanks!

Dress neatly and conservatively. You want to project the best possible image of yourself, so plan and prepare a neat, businesslike outfit. You can’t go wrong with a business suit. Even if the company has explicitly stated that it’s a “business casual” workplace, stick with the suit. An interview is not the time to express your unique fashion sense; it’s the time to show you know when it’s time to follow the rules and traditions of business.

    Good luck :-)

personally... i would wear pin striped pants or dress pants.. with heels or nice shoes... with a more smart casual dressy shirt. a suit seems to over the top but you want to appear fashionable... like you are not a bum. you know.

    good luck

Don't go all out in a suit, but make sure you look presentable and look like somebody who would take their position in the workplace seriously.
