Can I go from a size 9 to a size 2?
I used to be a size 6, then I had my daughter a few months ago and now I'm a size 9. I've been working out a lot but no results yet. Is it even possible to get down to my goal of a size 2? I am 5'4 and 150 lbs. Also, any diet suggestions or home exercise tips to help me get results faster?

Its all about trial and error. Try different exercises, diets, etc. Everyone is different. If someone is losing a lot of weight from some diet, you might not. Also take your time and don't set unrealistic goals because that will set you to failure. Good Luck.

To lose weight weight in a natural healthy way u must change your entire diet and lifestyle. A gym membership is a start, have a protein based diet. Very little carbohydrates allowed, No processed food, only raw fresh foods.
Your main foods should be chicken breast, turkey breast, beef, lamb, soya, fish, potatoes, rice, pasta, remember none of these should be processed just raw food, freshly cooked.

Its easy, just eat normally for a day, and then skip a day. You should be able to lose around 5 lbs a week like this.
