After I die, I really want to be fed to animals, how do I do this?

I'm dead serious, and I can't find any answers online. I always found the Tibetan tradition of feeding people to birds beautiful. Like nature's recycling process.

I think it's weird most people want to rot in a wooden box, or in the ground. Call me crazy, owell.

I highly doubt any surviving family or friends would do me the honor of piecing me up, but does anyone know of any place that will do this? Money is of no option.

Also, are there any legal issues that I should be worried about.

I'm still on the younger side of the hill, so hopefully something will come about one day.

Thanks for any ideas. :)

I'm not sure that it would be part of the natural recycling process or all that ecologically sound to transport you all the way to Tibet to feed you to vultures. In fact, I think I've heard that there is a bit of a problem in that there isn't enough birds to eat the bodies they already have.

You'd probably be better off going to one of those graveyards where they plant a tree over you. You're buried in some sort of straw coffin. And you're not embalmed so that your body isn't full of dangerous chemicals that leak into the earth.

The Zoroastrians tie corpses up onto the top of towers/pillars so that birds will come and pick clean the corpse, because they don't believe in burying or cremating.

So if money is no option, you could seek to have modern-day Zoroastrians take care of your corpse once you die. They'd probably have to ship it to another country, so you'd want to get the permits and such sorted before you die.

Die in the forest, without telling anyone is your best bet. Personally, I'm only going to be put in a box to rot over my dead bo..... wait.. ah s***

I've always wanted to go that way too. I believe there would be legal ramifications for the person who "dumps" you. Once you're dead, you're considered a bio-hazard. Illegally dumping a bio-hazard is a felony. if you do find out how this can be achieved, i would love to know.

Donate your body to a body farm, these are schools that teach forensic pathology. Your corpse in lightly buried, or left out, and animals, insects, birds, etc., do what they do, and the students study your decomposition rate, testing which insects are present at which state, learning how differentiate what animal or bird leaves which mark, etc.

    Well, dont worry.

As long you are buried. You WILL be eaten. From worms for example. Crows and other birds eat the Worms and so on.

    Circle of life, you know.

What's wrong with just being plain old worm food? The saprotrophs need love too!

I have the same want, but its hard to do. Easiest way to legally do it is to be mauled by that animal and die by that animal.

My desired death, mauled by a panda.

You are going to get eaten either way, either bugs or animals, just go die somewhere where they won't bury you.
