What would be a better type of government?

I have thought about this a lot.

The reason democracy works is because it allows the voice of the people to dictate what the government does, as opposed to some monarch doing whatever he wants to do. However, the reason democracy doesn't work is because the people can't agree on what they want.

I think the best form of government would be a parliamentary monarchy, and not like Britain's, because they have cut the balls off of theirs so it is basically a democracy with a royal family just for fun.

What I mean by a parliamentary monarchy is a government where this is both a monarch and two houses: a house of Lords, and a house of Commons.

The house of Lords, where the "royalty" are, should be comprised of industry leaders and those who control the economy. The house of Commons should be comprised of directly elected representatives based on a popular vote. The monarch should be a virtuous person.

The purpose of the monarch is to make decisions when people can't decide what they want to do. For example, we could use a monarch right now in the US to say, "okay enough with all the bickering, we're going to secure the border, pay off the debt, and fix education." But when people aren't bickering the monarch should take a back seat.

The purpose for the house of Lords is to give voice to those who create jobs and wealth. In communism, it didn't work because the industry and innovation got screwed so "the people" could "control" the resources. It's businesses that create jobs and technology, so they should have a voice.

To recap: parliamentary monarchy with a virtuous monarch, a house of Lords with industry leaders, and a house of Commons with elected representatives.

A Republic representative government by the people . Not the Mafia government now .
