Anyone know this shoujo manga?

The main girl has black hair and she owns a grocery shop(I think). Then on the evening of some festival she meets a foreigner guy who beats up a few bad guys in the name of self defence? And then he joins her class.

Is it Kiss/Hug? I read that the other day and loved it (in it it's a flower shop though) and it kind of sounds the same.
