Just curious, what exactly were the tools that Bush put into place to make it possible to catch bin Laden?

The BASIS of information did come from an "extraordinary rendition" operation... but THOSE were started in the 1990's under Clinton.

As did the observation of OBL to the extent possible... and a couple early attempts to kill him.... also... Clinton.

Bush gave the order to have the courier followed. That is fact.

All 0bama did was not f*ck up Bush's original, standing orders.

So the fact that the sting operation took a while in no way diminishes the fact that Bush began the process.

Halliburton , Blackwater, Veritas Capital may not have found bin Laden, but Bush helped them make a fortune. Also, Washington Group International -- well -- someone had to take care of all of those oil wells.

Bush let Bin Laden live for 8 years so Obama could kill him...It was all part of Bush's plan.
