Please tell me What I should do?

I started working part-time for a father and a son as a cook in a restaurant few months ago after a long break because of my disability. The manager (the son) pushed me against the wall few times and called me all names because I asked him to pay me. I left work thinking never go back again and he kept sending me text messages saying that he was treating me like that because of my disability (I saved all messages). He sent me a letter few days later saying that I was not welcome at the restaurant. Same day I received the letter, I received another text message saying that his father wants me back. I went back because his father is a good friend and very nice person. I worked the first week and got paid 2 days late and $100 less. I was also asked to work full time for $10/Hr. I have worked 301 hours this month (7days/week 9 to 13 hrs/day), but he gave me only $200 3 times, and when I asked him to pay me, he said that I was on a salary of $200/week, that he gave me $200 5 times not 3, that I was missed up in the head and I don’t remember everything, and that I don’t deserve the $10/hr while a dishwasher and 2 waitresses make $7/hr. I keep my log up to date and my detailed records support my claim. He manages every penny and he is claiming that the restaurant is not making any money. His father is the chef and the owner but has no word to say as the son is a trustee. The father works every day 16 to 18 hours but never got paid. I would like to give the son a lesson without hurting the father. Can I take him to court? Or should I contact the Social Security Administration?

What should I do?

Thank you all very much!

Contact your state's department of labor about the wage issue and the EEOC for the discrimination issues.

Clearly you have the right to take this to court and file a lawsuit against this son of a *****.

SSA wont do much unless you didnt pay your SS tax.. dont go to that place man.. gov. cant be trusted.. what you need to do is go get yourself a lawyer and it should be okay.
