Who pays for Job Training?
Let's say I interviewed 5 students, and want to put them on a job training program for 3 days. Then based on the performance, I'm going to select 2/5 to hire.
Does the employer pay the candidates for the job training? Or is the employer allowed to charge for the job training? Or can the employer offer the job training for free?
Just want to know what the employer can do, and can not do.
PS: I'm in California
