How to use Playstation File System Libraries to enable NTFS support?

I've recently looking around for ways to get my PS3 to support NTFS and this homebrew method apparently works - http://www.crunchgear.com/2011/02/23/ps3-gets-ntfs... & http://ps3.dashhacks.com/2011/02/23/playstation-fi...

I have the file downloaded but I don't understand what to do with it. Do I run an application and format my drive or copy the data onto a flash drive or what?

How do I use this so that I can use files larger than the 4GB limit of FAT32?

Update:

The File System library doesn't specify it needs to be transferred to the PS3. Also, PS3 should have something better than FAT32.

just to let you know if you put a foreign file like that your account will be deleted and your ps3 will be locked from online play.

First, you would need to hack / jailbreak / mod your PS3 specifically to run homebrew / custom software. Second, if you did that, your console would be banned from PSN. Third, you would need to run it on the PS3 itself.

a million# format or convert your force to NTFS document equipment (in basic terms NTFS helps single data of that length) and attempt extracting/installation the interest. by making use of format/convert to NTFS. you will lose your cutting-edge information. 2# Get a pen force or secondary frustrating disk (formatted in NTFS or format to NTFS) and do the installation from there. (motives no loss of information, aside from the suggestions on your usb, which may well be copied to someplace on your frustrating disk)
