some of the manuals are in this language, and wondered what it is? any help would be great.

    Yes, it even says "Deutsch" right on top of the page. Just click on "English" next to it.

    The "de" in the URL tells you that it's German. :-) You can usually change a website to another language by replacing the code with another one.
