Practice and instead of going full on open mouth at the beginning start it off slow. Going from a peck to slightly open to open to making out is better than just diving in to the making out.

definitely no kiss-ups like the pushup just dont do that :/ practice on a pillow or on your hand (when its like how you make a shadow puppet person)
