Is my poem about meal preparation good enough to eat?

The hint of mint is succinct to the taste of meat

Much ado is for you to prepare such a feat

Spice is nice, once or thrice, and add a bit of salt

The cook must look so there is not to be a fault.

To be sure, the temperature, must not be overly high

Otherwise the meal just dries and everyone will sigh

Dinner is a winner when it's made to a perfection

Win or lose it's best to use an oven with convection.

    And don't prepare foods from a jar or a can,

    Some things taste best from your old frying pan.

    Take care while cooking,don't get lost in talk,

    If you want a meal quickly,

    Then break out your wok.

    I can't cook to save my life and don't eat meat, but this poem was tasty.
