This is how I'd do it.
1. Start
2. Control Panel
3. Add or Remove
4. Select Mozilla Firefox
5. Hit uninstall or remove
6. Restart PC
When the computer starts up
1. Use internet Explorer
2. go to this site http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-3.6.1...
3. Wait until it's done
4 You're good to go
