This is a question a lot of people seem to ask, and my answer is always no. Here's why,

1 - The reason we compare them is because they are both from Germany, had Vettel been from say, Britain or Spain that comparison wouldn't be there.

2 - They are 2 completely different drivers both in driving style and personality.

3 - Vettel is a new breed of Formula 1 driver, as we have seen over the decades, there's always someone who stands out from the crowd in their era.

4 - He is his own person - yes I can see where people come from that he is the new Schumi and that he is super-talented and shows traits of the great 7x world champ but Seb Vettel has something else, I haven't been able to pin point it yet but he is special.

and lastly - just sit back and enjoy watching a driver that will probably be the most successful of his time, whether he beats any of Schumi's records is still to be established but it's looking pretty good, let's just watch him do it his way! :)

That will depend on if Red Bull continue to have the strongest car by far on the grid. If so, then yes. Michael was the best driver in the best car. Right now, this appears true of Vettel. But Alonso and Hamilton can both hang if given equal cars.

you will desire to evaluate the situations of the race. Torrential rain made the grid all topsy-turvy, and so the next day no-one ought to advance too plenty with the aid of climate. additionally, with suitable visability being on the front, Vettel had no stumbling blocks. He did stress brilliantly, yet is it in part because of the fact others have been held back? yet self belief is yet another element and this win will help him plenty. If he gets extra efficient autos and hones his skills, he ought to correctly be a contender for the Championship sometime :) So sure, he ought to be the recent Schumi. yet in basic terms time will tell.

I would say he could exceed Schumacher. Schumacher was quite a dirty driver and Vettel isn't. He has also won a race when he was driving for Toro Rosso so he has the ability and will just hope to keep a good car :)

This is very possible, if a few things happen. If red bull keeps making cars that are faster than anybody else's, and if mclaren keep giving Hamilton relatively slow cars, and if I keep rubbing my nipples, then yes, this could be very possible.
