What is something meaningful you did today?

Update:

The point i'm trying to get out of here is, have you contributed to the betterment of humanity? or do you think your doing it by imposing biased ideas on others.

    I usually do volunteer in a local Foodbank. They were short staff today so went in for an extra day - with no extra beneficial gain for me.

    So not sure if that counted.
