Do they have a charity or a cause they support? You can donate money in their name to a charity. it's the gift that gives twice. The organisation gets the donation, and the couple gets a deduction.

If they have everything then the next best thing to give them is either money or a gift card. There isn't a point into getting them something that they either already have or won't use.

Or if you know any of the close relatives (parents, siblings, grandparents, etc) then ask them if the couple has asked anything for their wedding. But that could be a hit or miss because if they don't have a gift registry someone else could of already bought the same thing.
