Is there a way to get Excel to print the grid?

I used Excel to make a workout sheet because I didn't like the ones provided at the gym. I didn't realize Excel doesn't print the grid. Is there a way to change it so that it will?

Thank you, :)

Yes it is possible. Select all the cells of your table by dragging your mouse and click on 'border'. Then select the icon that adds border on all sides(the icon looks like a square divided into four parts).
