Why are teens with NO experience getting jobs and I'm not?

I've done over 400 hours of volunteer work.

I know how to deal with ppl...and I still don't have a job.

This isn't fair? I've had like 5 interviews, and still nothing.

    They want someone who's young and full of energy.....someone who can really zip around the workplace.
