why is grammar on the internet such a big freakin deal?

ok I admit that I have bad grammer but why such a big deal on the web.I sometimes create topics or discussions on the internet. and usual the 1st comment is about my grammar,it's readable because I know how to spell

    No, seriously, you look pretty unprofessional when you have bad grammar. And you do spell things wrong. You spelled grammar wrong the first time.

    Because it's frustrating, for one, to attempt to decipher broken English, usually written by someone who could do better but chooses not to.

    For two, it makes it appear that either you are uneducated, or you just don't care 'bout all dat fancy book-lernin' ya did, s'never gunna b useful or nuthin'. (See what I mean?) It also carries an air of stubbornness with it, as most people who type in this fashion are almost immediately criticized on it...but continue to do it anyway. Why? Excuses I've heard are no more than "I'm lazy" - which is not a thing to be bragging about - or "I like the way it looks" - ignoring the fact that no one else does.

    In other words, it seems unprofessional. Not just unprofessional as in "someone who does not have, or is doing poorly in their career," but also as in "someone most people would simply not want to interact with, or especially work with."
