What do you think about sex offenders?
What do you think of them after watching this film?
The guy who was 17 when he started a relationship with his 15 year old girlfriend and was arrested when she was 16 and he was 18 shouldn't have even gotten in trouble. Two years apart isn't a big deal especially when they were both underage when they started the relationship.
The guy who got drunk and grabbed the woman's shirt and say let's do this and then stopped after that should only register for a few years or just gotten prison time. This is why he just ripped her shirt and stopped. He apolgized and I think he was someone who made a horrible mistake due to alcohol than an actual rapist. It seems like he is trying to redeem himself.
The other two are very, very difficult. Both have done horrific things but both have remorse. Do you think these two can change or will they reoffend. I want to believe anybody can change but I do not know.

There are some real creeps and dangerous people out there. The kids that get busted because the BF reached 18 and indecent exposure convictions because you pissed in an alley, are over the line. Just read of a "rape" trial. The Victim was 14 at the time. 10 years ago? Said a TV program revived her memory? Sounds pretty flimsy to me. Our female DA, Bonnie Dumanus will prosecute you if you have balls!!! Seems to be all the evidence she needs.
I question the criminalization of an affair between a 17 year old siren trying out her new sexual power on a middle aged teacher going through a mid life crisis. Not worth ruining his career over is it?

I believe with the right care and counselling... over a period of time perhaps would take years, teenagers can turn to the good side, provided bad influence from friends are isolated.
