Who would know without a vet seeing it. This cat may not survive if it has an upper respiratory infection and it is not treated quickly.

Upper respiratory infections, calci virus outbreaks and herpes outbreaks will do the infected eyes. Almost all cats have been exposed to the calci and herpes viruses, they're not usually going to be bad, and they can be treated. So can the upper respiratory infections (that needs an antibiotic).

As for skin disorders, it's not a disease--that is either going to be skin mites (treatable), ringworm (skin fungus, also treatable) or an allergic reaction to something in the food or the environment.

Change of voice would not be a disease. Color of fur change is usually a heat problem combined with a chemical reaction to an injection of a vaccine.

Really, just take the cat to a vet to get a diagnosis about what's going on with your pet.
