other than not drinking whats the best way to lose a beer belly?

i havent drank for 3 yrs. ive been doing 50 sit ups a day for almost a month now but my gut isnt going anywhere... any ideas?

    Of course you aren't getting anywhere doing sit ups. Sit ups will only make you bigger unless you lose fat because not only will you still have the same amount of fat, perhaps even more since you may eat more to make up for the energy you use doing the situps, you'll add more inches from the muscle.

    You have to diet and add cardio to get anywhere. I'd suggest walk/run for a min of 60 mins a day, drink 3+ltrs of cold water and eat plenty of vegetables. You could also go to www.sparkpeople.com. It's free and can give you tips on how to lose weight and tone up with diet and exercise.
