Palestine was at peace. The Jews were not allowed to settle in Palestine because of they corrupt nature. The Jews were allowed to settle anywhere in the world but Al-Quds. They would go everyday, to the courts of the Ottoman state, waiting for see the leader. The leader refused to see them.

It was after the 1924, when the state was abolished by the British, that a greater plan was made by the Kuffers for the Jews.

Pretty much the same as under the British except that attacking Jews was even more allowed.

google the terms: dhimmi and dhimmitude

to learn about it for yourself.

Oh, and also very little land was owned as private property. The overwhelming majority of land was owned by the Ottoman Government and rented out. Only about 12% or so of all the land in Palestine was actually owned by any Palestinians (Arab or Jew).
