I dont know what the problem is.!?

I understand that this is not a doctor but I just wanted to know what yall think..!!! I don't have insurance and I really dont have the money to pay for the doctor, so I don't want to go to the doctor unless it is something important.. I have be doing alot of reading on the internet this morning. About yesterday at 6 I started having a pain on the right side below my tummy.. It wont go away!!! It hurts more when I get up and move around.. The pain kept me up all night long...What do you think it is... I have never had this pain before.. If I touch the right side below my tummy it hurts really bad!!! Once again I understand that this is not a doctor..
