As far as I know there wasn't supposed to be an earthquake. If you're talking about the Judgement Day speculation, what was supposed to happen was at 6PM the 'saved' were supposed to be taken up to Heaven for eternal life and happiness. The rest of us sinners were to stay here on Earth enduring hardships and natural disasters until sometime in October (I forget the exact date). Then God was supposed to wipe out the planet and everyone and everything on it.
So today the only big change should be about 3% of the population should go missing around 6PM local time?

You are SUPPOSED to be happy and ecstatic that he was wrong. NOT ANNOYED.
Sigh- you are such a tough audience to entertain.
