This was a cartoon...with a girl who loved animals, but the animals would freak out and try to get away from this girl's over exhuberant affection. A friend and I can't remeber where we saw this? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I think your talking about Tiny Toon Adventures, the character that said it was Elmyra Duff.

Not that I know the cartoon hehe...I researched about her coz she reminds me so much of Yuiko (girl who loves animals so much but the animals don't like her) from "Beast Master" <3 You should totally read it!
