I saw mucus and blood in my stool?

Hi, this morning I "went" to the bathroom and it was nothing but mucus and bright red blood. About 25 minutes later I was shopping and got dizzy and thought its the heat but it got worst by the second and I had to go into a car dealership bathroom loosing my energy by the second and felt like the world is slipping away and I will pass out. I also had a very intense hot flash made me sweat a lot very fast. I made it to the bathroom and dropped my bags, seat down on the toilet and waited till I felt better just focus on breathing and holding it together. Took about 15 minutes and I was able to go home. Now I am doing search on the internet about what the hell just happened but its all confusing. Anyone has any idea? I just turned 33 yesterday and I am a generally healthy person.
