What helps PCOS and TTC?

I have TTC 7 years and learned I had PCOS an was on the pill for a long time in high school. I have long periods and want to have regular aunt flows that dont last weeks and have a baby. So far I am on vitex chasteberry 3 times a day but what other herbs help?

    Try losing 5-10 lbs even if you aren't overweight. That's what worked for me.

    see your doctr for ovulation stimulants if necessary... There isn't much you can do other thsn this.
