Why does he always do this?
My friend has a dog who I adore. Sometimes he stays overnight with me and I often take him out for a walk if she is buzy. I love him to bits.
But after the walk every time I sit down to have a cup of tea he licks my bare arms and legs and cannot seem to stop.
One day in the winter I had long sleeves on and tights. He was nudging at me like to ask if I would roll up my sleeve.
He doesn't do it when he stays overnight with me only when I am visiting or if I take him to another persons place he will start it again but only with me.
He's my number 1 Top dog and I love him but does anyone have any ideas.
PS I do bathe everyday.
PPS: I like the two answers so far.
I will enquire about sodium cravings.
People have said that he looks at me adoringly. He doesn't like strange men talking to me but I can talk to women as much as I want.

It might ( MIGHT ) Love you lots and just want kisses sometimes, or it thinks the soap you use taste nice? or a nice smell, OR THE BIGGEST THOUGHT wich my dog does, it wants the scent on you so if you get lost he/she can find you again because it thinks your its puppy <3 hope I helped

It probably has something to do with salt. Dogs need sodium, and they can get it from the natural oils and sweat on your skin. He probably does it when he's have a craving for salt.
OR
Bath soap, Lotion, any sort of product you might use on yourself.

If you suffer from any kind of pain in your limbs dogs will lick with affection; in the hopes of making you well.
