it's an E-mail service and yeah u can delete it without having any issues cuz I know u got confused cuz it starts with WINDOWS but it's OK to delete it :)

It also works with X-Box live if you want to import your playlist from your computer to the console. Just info in case you have a 360. Other than that , like everyone said, Yep, it can go.

If you don't use windows live mail or any of the components that go with it, uninstall it
