Meh, American road standards are to blame, as it technically happened on American soil (in the embassy)

My thought, how did it not happen going in the gate? Surely they had the same stuff in the car coming out??????? Dopey, including all his dumb etiquette mistakes and getting the date wrong, writing 2008 at the Abbey.
