Having your tubes clamped will not cause a problem. I've read cases where the women had their tubes removed completely and still conceived. They go in laparoscopically and harvest the eggs, then fertilize them and place them into the uterus.
I'm getting the IVF process started on June 7th so I don't know my exact cost yet, but the national average is around $12K per cycle. Very pricey, so have them freeze the eggs you don't use if you do it, and it won't cost as much if you need to try again.

Yes. IVF bypasses the tubes so it is your only option to conceive.
The costs depend on a number of factors including location, medication protocol, and the clinic. For me it costs just over $12,000 per cycle. I've known some women who paid less and other who have paid close to $20,000.
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions feel free to contact me through my Yahoo Answers profile!
