What is wrong with me!?

I have been having abdominal pain lately. It is not like a stomach ache or anything but literal pain, that seems to be wayyy worse on my right side right below my ribcage. It is almost constant and has kept me up the past couple of nights, causing me severe pain when I turned on my right side.

I also have recently started to have severe diarrhea... no matter what I eat it seems to be gone in under an hour. The weird thing is I don't feel nautious at all, and food looks appetizing to me, especially since I am starving! But I want this stupid pain to go away! It just keeps getting worse!

Any advise or know potentially what the problem is?
