Electrical outlet won't shut off?
I turned off every breaker in the panel and the outlet stays "hot"; What could this possibly be. I didn't turn off the main but did turn off all other breakers.

Ther may be an additional sub panel fed from the main feed of the existing electrical panel somewhere in the house. If you have turned off all breakers already then why not turn off the main . if this doesnt kill the power than something is wonky and you should call an electrician
