Atheists, Theists, etc: Can't we just agree to disagree?
I really wanna get my knowledge on about the hardcore facts of old Russian bear god Veles and you guys are clogging up R&S with your continuous yelling at each other.
I'm not talking about -all- atheists/theists, but the majority of people on here just seem to think they are the personal Highlander and that by decapitating all other viewpoints they shall gain unlimited power, I mean you probably got that just by the Highlander reference but I figured I'd spell it out in case people haven't seen that movie.
It wasn't that great of a movie but man, fantastic soundtrack. Anyway, who can hit me up with some of that sweet sweet Veles knowledge?

No, not when religious people are violating human rights. I am not ok with people harassing homosexuals, women at the abortion clinic, killing in the name of religion (including honor killings), inequality towards women, and more. The only thing that causes all of these terrible things is religious beliefs. This is why I cannot agree to disagree with a theist. I am not going to go crazy and push my atheism on others, but if I'm having a conversation with someone I will definitely feel free to let them know why their religion is so bad.
