imeadiatly put ur shorts under cold water and scrub with soap make sure to get most of it out then put it in the wash. (: i hate wen that happens.

Soak in cold water, apply some detergent to the stains,rinse in cold water & repeat. However peroxide is the best at removing blood.

Put it in warm salt water and let it sit for a little bit, scrub as much as possible, then wash it!
