Does this name look misspelled to you?
I know a girl that just had a baby boy last week and she named it....Brantly Blake
(Blake is the middle name).
She is one of my contacts on facebook and everytime I see the baby's name it looks misspelled to me. I would have spelled it "Brantley Blake" but it's not my baby. Just curious as to how others would have spelled it.

The name is so far gone than the E won't save it. Just grit your teeth.

I think it looks better as Brantley Blake. Brantly doesn't look right to me for some reason.

Well, it seems like a made-up name, so I don't suppose there's an actual "right" spelling. Nonetheless, I agree...Brantley Blake seems more correct and just looks better and smarter. Probably because it's close to Bradley.

Honestly, Brantly looks more like a girl name to me... But, to each his own. Cheers to the new baby boy and the mommy!

It does. Is it a surname or is it made up?
Just a very unappealing name. Blake should
have been first.

I would have spelt it with an e as well, now her baby's name just looks trashy and incomplete.

I agree that the E would look better, but it's really not that bad without it.
