Why does my body painfully ache when i lay down but when i get up and go do things my body doesnt hurt at all!?

During the day, I work at a local office. I feel perfectly fine. Don't even have just a little ache. But as soon as i get home and start to lay down my body starts to painfully ache. Sometimes it gets so bad I cant get up. This has been going on for about a week. I have taken aspirin, acetaminophen, tried drinking tomato juice but none of this has helped! What in the world can I do? :''(

Pressure points change in your body when you lay down to have completely different pressure points than when you were upright. That means you won't have pain while standing but in laying down and the points change you can have pressure on nerves you didn't while standing. The pressure on the nerves is causing the pains. As this is usually in the back where the muscles often send pains around the body as well, freeing up your back muscles will help in resolving these pains for you and here's how to free them up:

    Back:

    (do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I am additionally an eleven yr ancient author! :) I wish you do not brain, however I have a few opinions for your tale. For example, you will have used phrases like "frightening" and "picket flooring" usually. You might take a look at discovering a few synonyms to these phrases to make use of on your tale. Also, your sentences are very brief and fast. You would possibly wish to take a while to your tale to be a bit of extra particular. Describe the environment, and the person's feelings. Good success! :) By the way in which, your tale jogs my memory of a ebook I as soon as learn in third grade that had the identical plot. A lady waking up from a nightmare with a loved ones and a reputation that was once unfamiliar to her. I cannot recollect the way it ended, however I'm certain it was once a well ebook. :)
