Source for a Seneca the younger (4-65AD) quote?
I want to use a quote from the Roman philosopher Seneca in 61AD:
"As soon as I had gotten out of the heavy air of Rome and from the stink of smoky chimneys thereof, which, being stirred, poured forth whatever pestilential vapors and soot they had enclosed in them, I felt an alteration of my disposition"
but I can't find the source of the quote and think it's sloppy to quote him without knowing the source. Does anyone know where he said this, or how to go about finding out?

It is quoted in this book:''Casarett and Doull's toxicology''
but that book only gives another book by "miller and miller (1993)" as the source.
The only book by a miller and miller published in 1993 I can find is "The passion of Michel Foucault" - miller and miller 1993 but I cannot find reference to the quote in it, despite many mentions of Seneca in it.
Good hunting.
