Diarrhea after eating ice cream?
I get a major upset stomach after eating only a small amount of ice cream - just a small spoonful will set me over the edge. I don't think I'm lactose intolerant, though, because I eat yogurt daily without a problem. Any ideas what this could be? Is ice cream just too rich?

Possibly you are lactose intolerant. Buy some lactase pills and take them just before you eat any milk product.
