Why is my arm sore after masturbating?

There are a few things you can do in this situation...
1-become a switch-hitter
2-don't masturbate
3-take your left hand and as if you were jerking your right arm, give yourself a good massage while you are masturbating with your right arm

You're jerking too much and you need to give your hand a rest. Switch hands or try humping some random inanimate object instead.
